Delivery

G.MILLER International Delivery
G.MILLER delivers orders worldwide.
We cooperate with international logistics companies to ensure fast and safe delivery of our products to customers in different countries.

1. Delivery countries
We deliver orders:
in Ukraine;
to European countries;
to the USA and Canada;
to Asia;
to Australia;
and most countries of the world.
If your country is not available when placing an order, please contact support.

2. Delivery times
The delivery time depends on the recipient's country, customs clearance and the selected delivery service.
Estimated times:
Ukraine: 1–5 business days
Europe: 5–14 business days
USA / Canada: 7–18 business days
Other countries: 7–21 business days
During periods of high load, holidays or international restrictions, delivery times may increase.

3. Order processing
After payment is processed and confirmed, the order is sent for processing.
Order preparation time:
standard products: 1–5 business days
individual or made-to-order products: up to 14 business days
After shipment, the customer receives a track number to track the package.

4. Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated automatically when placing the order and depends on:
the country of delivery;
the weight of the package;
the logistics company's tariffs.
In some cases, special conditions or free shipping may apply during promotions.

5. Customs duties and taxes
For international orders, the following may apply:
import duty;
VAT;
customs duties;
local taxes of the recipient country.
All additional payments are paid by the buyer in accordance with the legislation of the country of delivery.
G.MILLER is not responsible for delays associated with customs clearance.

6. Order Tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.
If the tracking number is not updated within a few days, this may be due to:
international logistics;
customs processing;
carrier delays.

7. Unsuccessful delivery
In the event that:
the customer provided an incorrect address;
did not receive the package on time;
refused to receive the order;
re-delivery is at the buyer's expense.

8. Damage during delivery
If the package arrived damaged:
take a photo of the packaging and the product;
contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

9. Force majeure
International delivery may be delayed due to:
military actions;
natural disasters;
strikes;
customs operations;
logistics disruptions;
government restrictions.
In such cases, delivery times may change without prior notice.
